Description: As we drove through Detroit tonight, I saw in the Spirit, people going into businesses and driving out evil spirits and repossessing the businesses for Christ. God is going to turn Detroit around like we cannot fathom. Bars/pubs will become places of meeting for encouragement and growth (discipleship). People will go there to find life instead of to get a drink. It is not about a program plan - it is about relationships. It's not about "outreach" as we have known it. It is more like Philip and the Ethiopian. God will cause us to be in the right place at the right time - we will be like well aimed arrows. God sending us out and drawing them in. Victory is hanging over Detroit waiting for the appointed time and at that time it will come in with great force. I see glass shattering. This victory is coming with a sound that will shatter any "sound" barrier - hearts and ears will be opened to hear Truth unlike any other time. Unlike the people in the days of Noah who heard the warnings but did not heed them - people will hear the Spirit of Prophecy and respond - they will come to the ark.
